Goals: Create a world-class fishing property with trophy whitetail hunting.
This was a project for the books. While the goals included premier whitetail hunting and waterfowl hunting, this was hands down the best fishery we have every been a part of. The property originally had three lakes totaling around 25 acres. By the time we were finished, the property had over 150 acres of water, including one lake over 100 acres. And as impressive as that was, we spent as much time on the design underwater…to create a world-class fishery. The results on this one speak for themselves.
